All of the rooms/apartments are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, television, telephone, internet access and almost all have a balcony.
Check-in time for the rooms/apartments is 2:00 p.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
In the case of a cancellation or change to your reservation (i.e. delayed arrival, early departure) within 7 days of the arrival day, the guest agrees to make a payment of the total nights accommodation.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival date: we'll have to charge your deposit.
We require a deposit to reserve an apartment.

Dogs are welcome; however, this arrangement must be made upon your reservation. There will be an additional charge of € 9.00 per day (max. 7 days).
At Christmas / New Year, Carnival and in August we don't allow dogs.
If you arrive by train, we can pick you up at the station (800 m) at no charge.
